Squat: 12 lbs--the 15 bar was in use. Fuckers.
Sit-Up: Hands behind head--all of the first set, 10 on the second, 7 on the third. FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Back Ext.: 35, 35, 25. Ok.
Pull-ups: 92.5, 92.5, 92.5. Meh.
Dips: 92.5, 92.5, 92.5. Meh.
Workout:

All with clean form.
