Stretches: Definitely further out. Good.
Squats: All three sets down in the hole. Good.
Sit-ups: 15 HBH, 13 and fuck it, 15 HBH one at a fucking time.
Back Extentions: 15/35, 15/35, 15/25
Pullups: 15/85 (broken), 15/92.5 (Broken), 15/92.5 (broken)
Dips: 15/85, 15/92.5, 15/92.5--but unbroken.
